Shipping

  • This is a one-off, limited sale, made exclusively for members and followers of the league.

  • Shipments will be made within the territory indicated by the organization.

  • Orders will be processed within approximately X to X business days from payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the transport company and the recipient's location.

  • The organization is not responsible for delays resulting from external causes (holidays, logistical incidents, force majeure).

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

 

 

Product

  • The shirts are part of a special, limited edition, created to coincide with the league.

  • This is a customized product with the official league logo.

  • The design, colors, and proportions of the logo may vary slightly from the promotional images.

  • Sizes are based on the information provided; the organization is not responsible for errors in size selection by the buyer.

 

 

Returns and exchanges

  • As this is a personalized product and a one-off sale, returns and exchanges are not accepted, in accordance with article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

  • Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

    • Defective product.

    • Production error.

    • Damage caused during transport.

  • In these cases, the buyer must contact the organization within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, providing photographic evidence of the condition of the product and the packaging.

  • After reviewing the case, the product will be replaced or, if that is not possible, the corresponding refund will be issued.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the production process has begun.

  • Cancellation requests made before the start of production may be considered on an exceptional basis.

 

Prices and payments

  • All prices are shown in euros (€).

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown before you finalize your order.

  • Payment will be made using the methods enabled by the organization for this specific sale.

 

Responsibility and nature of the sale

  • This action corresponds to a one-off and non-continuous sale, linked to the activity of the league and its community.

  • It is not a regular business activity or a permanent store.

  • The organization reserves the right to limit units and end the sale at any time.

The personal data provided (name, address and contact details) will be used exclusively for the management of this one-off sale of t-shirts, including production, shipping and handling of incidents.
